California Drunk Driving Suspect faces felony and possible paralysis

Richard Garcia, 49, of California, was arrested on suspicion of California Drunk Driving - driving under the influence before he was released for treatment at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, said California Drunk Driving attorneys.
