California dui checkpoints coming up next few weeks

The California dui sobriety checkpoint planned for Pomona in the coming weeks will serve to funnel limited state and federal grant money away from measures that have proven to be most effective in combating drunk driving & California dui drivers.

Because they are highly visible by design and publicized in advance, California dui roadblocks are all too easily avoided by the chronic alcohol abusers who comprise the core of today's California dui / drunk driving problem.

Conversely, the number of California DUI arrests made by roving patrol programs is nearly 10 times the average number of California DUIs made by California dui checkpoint programs, according to California dui lawyers.

By focusing scarce law-enforcement resources on California dui roadblocks, the Pomona Police Department will strip California's roadways of their most valuable tool for catching California dui - drunk drivers.

Pomona residents and taxpayers may benefit from employing the most effective tactics to catch California dui - drunk drivers: roving police patrols. But California dui attorneys question their legality.
