California DUI / Drunk Driving Criminal Defense Attorney news

California Highway Patrol officials are blaming a major California DUI / Drunk Driving accident, which shut down part of Highway 99 Wednesday morning, on a California DUI / Drunk Driving driver.

California DUI / Drunk Driving attorneys say the connector from Southbound 99 to Highway 41 was shut down around 9 a.m., after a gold Honda swiped a garbage truck while they were both traveling Southbound, near Jensen Ave.

The California DUI / Drunk Driving collision caused the garbage truck to overturn on its side. One person was able to get out of the vehicle, while another was pinned inside, according to California DUI / Drunk Driving lawyers.

The gold Honda also flipped over, and it took rescue crews nearly an hour to pull the driver out of the vehicle. The driver of the Honda was then arrested for California DUI / Drunk Driving .

CHP officials say the California DUI / Drunk Driving investigation is still ongoing, and the purported DUI results on the female driver are merely preliminary, California DUI / Drunk Driving attorneys understand.
