A 3-year-old boy is in grave condition after he and his 8-month-old brother were ejected in an overnight California DUI rollover crash on Highway 4 that also critically injured the driver, who was arrested on suspicion of California DUI drunken driving, California DUI lawyers said.
The children were taken to Children's Hospital Oakland. Both suffered head trauma, but the 8-month-old boy is in stable condition, per California DUI attorneys.

After the occupants' safety was secured, Berry was arrested on suspicion of California DUI felony driving under the influence before being transported to the hospital.
In other California DUI news, a Rialto man was arrested Tuesday night on suspicion of California DUI - drunk driving after his pickup sideswiped a limousine. The driver and a passenger, who were outside the vehicle because of mechanical problems, were injured in the California DUI incident.
Ralph Marquez, 46, of Rialto was arrested on suspicion of California DUI - driving under the influence, said California DUI lawyers.
