When the firemen observed him, they allegedly suspected that his unconsciousness was caused by alcohol impairment or use. That is when they called the California DUI police. A California DUI criminal defense lawyer will help.

In other California DUI news, Matt Keough, a former MLB pitcher and one of the husbands featured on the reality show The Real Housewives of Orange County was reportedly arrested on Saturday for allegedly drunk driving in California. He allegedly didn't pull over immediately; the police officer followed him back to his home. He previously pled to felony California DUI charges four years ago after reportedly rear-ending a car at a red light in Orange County, and then rolled into a pedestrian walking his bicycle across the street before wandering off. The pedestrian was briefly hospitalized with a knee injury.
