California DUI Attorneys can report bad judges to the Judicial Commission

Lawyers handling DUI cases in California have the option of reporting judges to the Commission on Judicial Performance (CJP).

CJP maintains they want to generate records on bad judges in an evolutionary way instead of only fielding a single complaint or hearing about the one big violation.

They reason that if they only have a single complaint, they are less likely to act than if they have a larger file of complaints.

Attorneys point out you may go here to report a bad California drunk driving judge.
