What can happen in California after a judge orders the installation of an IID on the vehicles of someone convicted of DUI, San Diego drunk driving defense attorneys are asked? Chicago Cub Great Mark Grace's vehicle did not have an IID despite an Arizona order, prior to his 2nd DUI arrest

In California, a judge can order the installation of an IID on the vehicles of someone convicted of DUI, San Diego attorneys relate.

Here's one case where the person somehow took off the IID, drove again and then got busted for drunk driving.

Former Chicago Cubs player / Arizona Diamondbacks television color commentator Mark Grace is now on leave of absence to seek "personal assistance."

No coincidence Grace was arrested 2 days ago DUI charges upon being stopped for an expired registration plate. Why would a big league player have an expired plate? Why were the Cubs such losers?

Grace drove without his required interlock device ordered by a court in a prior DUI arrest in May 2011.

Grace's vacation constitutes the 2nd television personality to be replaced in the booth as play-by-play man Darron Sutton was suspended back in June. Undisclosed reasons. Hmmm.

Arizona Fan favorite Luis Gonzalez replaces Grace for today's Saturday game vs. San Diego Padres. Then the legendary Joe Garagiola takes over Sunday, August 26, 2012.
